4. Quotations and Orders

All quotations provided by Smartchill Air and Home Supplies:

  • Are valid for a limited period as specified on the quotation

  • Are subject to supplier pricing and stock availability

  • Must be accepted and confirmed by the customer before processing

Orders will only be processed once payment or deposit confirmation has been received.

5. Payments

Smartchill Air and Home Supplies accepts payments through approved payment methods, including:

  • Bank transfer (EFT)

  • Immediate online payments through secure payment gateways

  • Approved payment arrangements or instalment agreements (where applicable)

  • Approved RCS Group Store Card Accounts

All online payments are processed through trusted and encrypted payment gateway providers to ensure that customer payment information is secure and protected. Smartchill Air and Home Supplies does not store or have access to customers’ banking or card details.

Orders will only be processed once payment or deposit confirmation has been received and successfully authorised.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all products remain the property of Smartchill Air and Home Supplies until full payment has been received.

Delivery services are provided across South Africa. Delivery times may vary depending on:

7. Installation Services

Installation services for air conditioning systems are carried out by independent third-party installers arranged by Smartchill Air and Home Supplies.

While we aim to work with qualified professionals, Smartchill is not responsible for independent contractor workmanship outside of agreed service arrangements.

Customers must ensure that the installation area is accessible and suitable for installation.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are subject to the terms outlined in our Refund & Returns Policy.

Products that have been installed or used may not be eligible for return unless a manufacturer defect is confirmed.

9. Product Warranties
